Australia's Best Cars 2019

Read Open Road's Australia's Best Cars 2019 reviews to explore the top-rated models of the year, with expert insights on performance, design, features, and value.

The Micro and Large categories are gone and, reflecting their popularity, there are now four SUV and two small car categories spread across a range of price points. Toyota has been the surprise performer this year, with its new model range taking the top gong in five of the 13 categories.
