Manage the membership of a deceased loved one
We understand that it can be a challenging time when you lose a partner, family member or friend.
As always, we're here to help, so we've put together a form for you to make membership changes.
Please note: accumulated NRMA membership years can only be transferred to the member's spouse.
It is important to note that only an authorised person is able to cancel or transfer a membership, this is to keep all members' information safe. Authorised persons include: Executor of the Estate, or, Power of Attorney or, Third Party Authority that are currently listed on the membership.
Ways to manage the membership
You can submit the required details via one of the following methods:
- Submit details online without the need to print, or wait in the phone queue.
OR - Download this form - print and fill in the details then send it to us via post or by emailing sales.support@mynrma.com.au, please note it can take up to 10 business days from the date NRMA receive the form to process
